You’re turning onto Kellogg Drive ten minutes before your class starts, praying you can find parking and walk straight to class. Well, we all know how this goes … Here are the phases of finding a parking spot on campus.
1. That false sense of hope that you will find a parking space in less than an hour.
.) You start driving along Kellogg Dr., and you turn and see there’s no parking left
.) You ask a person if they are leaving and offer to drive them to their car, but of course they say no
.) You start to feel resentment toward everyone else who gets a parking spot
.) You consider just parking in the overflow lot and taking the Bronco Shuttle
.) You begin to accept that you aren’t going to find any parking
.) After circling around all of the parking lots, you finally see a car leave out of the corner of your eye
.) Of course the car next to you is parked crooked, so you have squeeze to get out of your car
.) You check the time on your phone and see how late you are, so you book it as fast as you can through campus
