When accounting major Wyatt came to Cal Poly Pomona four years ago, little did he know the incredible experience he had in store. For one, Wyatt joined the equestrian team, something that he’s never even explored growing up in San Diego.
Now at the end of his academic career, there’s plenty to be proud about. Through his involvement with Sigma Chi, Phi Sigma Epsilon, and the Business Senate, he’s been able to organize and be part of a number of events through the College of Business Administration. This includes the CBA Awards Night, Business Career Fair and strategic planning for projects that will unfold over the next 10-20 years. This is how Wyatt makes the most of his college experience: expanding his horizons, getting the most out of opportunities, and ultimately, giving back.
So where’s he going next? He just accepted a job in Denver, Colorado to work for an accounting firm. For a guy who’s spent his whole life in sunny, Southern California, the change in scenery will certainly present new experiences for him to take in.
